Grape Variety

It has a french origin, subsequently it was cultivated in the Tre Venezie area and in particular in Friuli. It is called in this way for the grey pink violet colour of grape skin.


It has a straw yellow colour. The bouquet is clear and strong, it reminds to the acacia flower, it has a dry soft full fragrance which is pleasantly slightly bitter.

Serve gourmet

It is to be bound together with ham, fresh cheese, nourishing soups, main courses with red sauces, white meats, rice, boiled meats.

Serving Temperature

It has to be served at 8-10° C.
