Our farm is located in San Floriano, in the middle of Collio, a hilly strip with an high wine inclination in the district of Gorizia. In fact the characteristic ground made of marl and sandstones, the temperate, dry microclimate and a total sun exposure make this area particularly suitable to the vine cultivation. The farm rises to around to 1900 thanks to Antonio Humar and at the beginning it spreads out on a surface of about 2 hectares. In the 50's the sons Marcello and Marino succeed to the founder, they turn the farm mixed context (fruict-wine, animal breeder) to the vine specialization. They go on with the renewal of the vineyards and of the cellar, working towards aknowledged assortements of wines of the Collio D.O.C. (Denominazione di origine controllata as to say controlled denomination of origin). During the 80's the strenghtening of the brothers' families, with the growing up of the children, allows the farm to have till 30 hectares of vine grounds.
From the 1960 the farm bottles only wines of its own production. The fond of care and the reliability of the producers are expressed by the grapes transformation, by the finishing and wine bottling thanks to the most advanced wine making devices.
The wise experimentation and products innovation have realised a cellar with a valued wine production, which is also proved by the several awards got during the years.
The farm attends personally to the wines sale and export.
